<p>At first blush, Paul Ryan's Budget Plan made no sense to me, I didn't have time to read through it all, but now that the econ/finance blogosphere and financial sector media have gotten time to dissect and digest the plan, it's becoming increasingly clear that Paul Ryan has been extremely extremely disingenuous in regards to his budget proposal.
